I like the products, although they are not fully helping my dandruff problem like I was hoping.
The shampoo came broken (the 1000ml bottle), but the customer service sent me two more as a replacement for free. The concerning problem is that one of the two replacement bottles they sent was also broken (at the neck).
Please review packing and handling methods plus the product bottle quality.
For the price I'm not totally pleased.

I no longer have dandruff, I use the shampoo every day along with the purifying lotion, I definitely recommend it!!
