How to shop for LISAP products on our website?

In order to shop with us, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with us. If you are not currently signed up, you can apply for an account by completing our New Customer Account Application Form. After you have successfully signed up, a confirmation will be sent to the email you have provided.


What to do if I forgot my log in information?

Click ‘Sign In’ in the Upper right-hand corner of the page and click on the Forgot Password? You will be prompted to enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.


How can I update my account information?

In order to change your name, business type, license information or email address, you will need to contact a Customer Support team member by calling 1 (800) 352-4129


How are shipping rates calculated?

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your package, the distance the package is traveling and the specified carrier (UPS).


What is your return policy?

If you need to return a product to Lisap Cosmetics, please contact Customer Care at 1 (800) 352-4129 for assistance with your return.

If you need to return a product to Lisap Cosmetics, please contact Customer Care at 1 (800) 352-4129 or email us for the appropriate return procedure. Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within fourteen (14) days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice.

To return your item(s) by mail, please contact Customer Care for a return authorization label. Your refund minus shipping and handling will be credited back to your original payment method once the return has been processed.

If you received the order and the items are damaged or if there is a discrepancy with the order (i.e wrong item has been sent), you must inform us within 24hrs of receiving the shipment. We will replace the items at no charge.


Non-Returnable Items:


The following types of product are not accepted for return:

Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken products

Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.

Seasonal Product: Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.

Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.





Shipping Address:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or to international addresses at this time.

If you would like to ship to another address then what your account is registered under, please log in to and enter the address where you will be shipping. At this time, orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.


Same Day Shipping

Salon orders that are placed before 12:00 p.m. EST, will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST, will be shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Please allow 24-48 hours for distributor orders to be shipped.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (UPS GROUND) ON ANY ORDER $300 OR MORE | Flat Rate of $12.95 for Salon Orders under $300 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking information for your package. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You can check your order status in the Account Dashboard, contact Customer Care, or email us and a Representative will assist you.



Lisap Cosmetics maintains an extensive inventory as well as the managerial oversight to ensure a zero back order policy to our clients. Since our inception we have never back ordered a customer on hair color or related items. In a case that there is a backorder of an item, you will be notified when the item is back in stock.
